with closed bathroom or on the ground floor with
open air bathroom all with bath tub and shower
Beach Bungalow
14 rooms on the beach front, lounge area in bedroom,
king beds, in-room safe, large private walled,
outdoor bathroom, garden terrace.
Family Apartment
30 units on ground or upper level, king size master
bedroom, twin second bedroom, all self contained.
Central lounge, dining and fully fitted kitchen.
Ideal for families and long staying guests.

TERM & CONDITION
Our
Rates are inclusive:
1. Daily Breakfast for 2 people only, if more than 2 people,
additional charge shall be applied accordingly
2. Of 21% for Government tax & service charge
3. Occupancy of Rooms: No Charge for 2 kids under 12 years
old sharing bed with parent
4. If an extra bed needed, there will be additional charge
of USD 30 nett/pax/day

CANCELLATION :
During Low Season
No Cancellation
Fee will be charged on cancellation received by us 10 days
prior to arrival date and for cancellation received less
than 10 days prior to arrival 1 (one) night room charge plus
applicable 21% for government tax & service charges will be
applied and in event of no show or on same day cancellation
notice is subject to full amount of total room booked.
During High & Peak Season (from the whole August and
from 24th December to 5th January and before & after 3 days
of Lebaran/Big Celebration for Moslem Society)
A cancellation fee of an amount equal to the entire value
of the booking will be applied for all cancellation less
than 30 days of arrival
Please note that cancellation notice should be made in
writing
